Return Policy
Inspect your item to make sure no damage occurred during delivery before signing to receive it. If the item is not as expected, reject the delivery and the item shall be returned for full refund plus cost of shipping.
For items shipped to a depot, customers are advised to contact us within 7 days upon realizing any damage on the item. You shall be required to send us photo evidence of the damaged item.
For items that are not as described on our website, you are advised to notify us about the actual condition/shape of the item within 7 days after receiving the item. If an agreement cannot be reached for it to be maintained, you are free to return the item for a full refund.
Refunds
Customers are advised to take photo evidence of every item before returning it as items are expected to be returned in the same condition as they were received.
Once your return is received and inspected, we shall notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, payment shall be initiated through the original method of payment, and you shall receive your refund within 3 banking days.
If your refund is rejected, reasons shall be given for the decision which you shall be free to dispute.
